Shipping & returns

SHIPPING

- We offer free standard shipping on all purchases over $50, along with free express shipping on all purchases over $450 (Australia wide). Same day shipping for orders placed before 2pm (AEST), excluding Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

- All our products are shipped from our store in Noosa Queensland, our products are supplied by Australian distributors. This means you are supporting small Australian businesses.

- Delivery times: all orders within Australia should arrive 2-5 days after your order has been placed.

RETURNS

- If you have received a faulty product or it does not work as expected, please contact us. We will arrange to have the item sent back free of charge. The exchange item will be sent to you as soon as we see the faulty product for examination. Due to hygiene concerns we are unable to exchange or offer a refund for undergarments. In these circumstances you will be offered a store credit or item exchange the the value of the purchased item.  

EXCHANGE OF SIZE

-If you have received your item and the size is incorrect we are happy to take back anything that doesn't fit properly and offer you a replacement if stock is available or store credit, return shipping is at the buyers cost, and we do not charge a restocking fee like our competitors.

Please keep in mind the following conditions for return. Your return request will be considered only where the item in question is:

-returned within 28 days of order;

-not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging)

-not damaged in any way
