How to use

Really great product not only does it help increase performance it aids in recovery too. I usually have it 4-5 days leading up to an event.
This stuff is awesome, have used it three times now for events and has definitely helped my performances. Recommend using for 5 days prior to performance. Great in thick shakes pre/post ride and even works well in your pre race porridge (just gotta get used to purple porridge ֊ )__.Try it you wont be disappointed!
